Position Description:
The  Project Manager shall maintain technical and financial reports to show progress on projects and perform day-to-day management of contract performance. The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage contractor personnel and to ensure the contractor provides quality acquisition management support to Organization, its customers, and stakeholders. The Project Manager will be required to provide guidance, recommendations, status and updates on projects as well as attend meeting and respond to inquires as needed.
In the absence of the Project Manager, the contractor shall designate an alternate Project manager, who shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to this BPA.


Educational requirements:  The Project manager shall possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in any field and shall have completed at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law. Contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.

Experience requirements: The Project Manager shall have a minimum of 6 years of FAR-based Federal contracting experience and operational experience in automated procurement systems and / or tracking databases as well as use of Excel or other relevant software applications.


Additional required knowledge and skills:
Shall have more than 6 years of specialized experience in services, constriction, Information Technology (IT) and equipment experience.
